Modern trends in traction drives increase the demand of quality regulation servo drives. This category includes synchronous servomotors with feedback we have developed. TGA-48 servo amplifiers with 48V DC supply voltage are intended to control such servomotors. Power of servomotors with TGA-48 servo amplifier is up to 3.5kW. These drives are using for example in transport carts or in moto-wheels.
Torque or speed setpoint of servo drive could be done by analog input or by RS232/422/485 communication interface or by CAN-BUS.
The TGA-48 servo amplifier can operate in the following modes:
The TGA-48 is able to communicate via the RS232 serial interface, RS485(422) – protocol MODBUS and via CAN BUS.
TGA-48 servo amplifier is equipped with 3 (40/80 version) or 9 (80/150 version) digital inputs, 3 digital outputs, 2 analogue inputs (±10V) and 4 analogue outputs (0-5V PWM).
The SETUP program (included in the delivery) allows parameter settings and status monitoring using a PC. The program SETUP is executable under Windows operating systems and communicates with the TGA-48 servo amplifier via the RS232 communication interface.
We offer customized firmware made for special applications. The TGA-48 Firmware Loader is a program that allows new firmware to be uploaded to the TGA-48 servo amplifier via the RS232 communication interface. The firmware upload takes several seconds.
